Cancellation and Refund Policy

A student is required to stay in the hostel until the end of the academic year and is not allowed to leave during the first or second semester. Any new student, on the other hand, has the option of quitting the hostel within 15 days of joining. In such circumstances, one month's rent will be deducted, with the remainder refunded within 45 days.

  • A month's notice is necessary if a student intends to leave the hostel for any reason other than disciplinary reasons.
  • Only students who have paid all of their dues and fees for the entire academic year are allowed to leave the dormitory.
  • The establishment fee of Rs. 5000 will be forfeited in any instance and the Rs. 10,000 security deposit will be returned.
  • Please note that the student's fees are non-transferable to another student.
